One Upper And One Lower Strip 
Step One: Peel 
Tear open the foil pouch and remove the lower and strip from back liner with dry and clean hands. 
Step Two: Apply 
Fit the lower strip to your teeth by applying the gel side on the front of the teeth. Line up with the edge of your gums and apply gentle pressure to mold the strips securely and fold over the reminder of strip. Repeat for the upper strip. 
Step Three: Reveal 
After 30-60 minutes, gently peel off both strips and rinse your mouth. Now you are well on your way to a brighter and beautiful smile.
